COURSE INFORMATION
This qualification offers a first contact with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to start your career in the business world. If you are interested in starting within this industry, this course is the first step towards your goals. Being a hands on course, this qualification will gain you a vast range of skills to be used in a variety of administrative duties such as organising schedules, design and produce spreadsheets, write simple documents, among others.

Lessons are delivered face-to-face with a self-study online component, and include a range of methods, practical tasks and activities. Assessments are conducted via observation, demonstration, case study, practical tasks, projects and a portfolio.
