COURSE INFORMATION

At the Diploma level you can expect to gain the responsibility for the work of other staff and lead teams using a sound knowledge based in marketing and communication, demonstrating a range of skills to ensure that functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or specific department.​At the same time, this qualification could take your career to the next level, by providing you with the training needed to create marketing and advertising opportunities that can produce successful outcomes.

Course Duration

52 weeks includes

  • Face-to-Face sessions in classroom

  • Self-study online

  • Simulated business/real work place sessions

  • Study break (12 weeks)

Entry Requirements

  • Have completed BSB42415 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication, or Have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies): BSBCMM411 Make presentations; BSBCRT412 Articulate, present and debate ideas; BSBMKG433 Undertake marketing activities; BSBMKG435 Analyse consumer behaviour; BSBMKG439 Develop and apply knowledge of communications industry; and BSBWRT411 Write complex documents. Equivalent competencies are predecessors to these units, which have been mapped as equivalent.

  • Overseas students must have a minimum overall band of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
