BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

This qualification will allow you to create, design and complete complex learning and development tasks within an organisation or specific department. Usually you will be responsible and accountable for the staff's output and performance, applying leading strategies to build organisational capability through efficient learning techniques.

 

Some of the job roles that relate to this qualification may include RTO Manager/Director as well as managerial positions in projects, creation of new departments within an organisation.

Course Duration

104 weeks includes

• Face-to-Face sessions in classroom

• Self-study online

• Simulated business/real work place sessions

• Study break (12 weeks) / year

Entry Requirements

• Completion of Year 10 or equivalent

• Overseas students must have a minimum overall band of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
